What is the AMCP Foundation 5K for the Future?
The AMCP Foundation 5K for the Future is a 5K Run/Walk created to support AMCP Foundation’s research and education agenda. Over the years, supporters of this event included AmerisourceBergen, Alkermes, FormularyDecisions Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, and The Pfizer Foundation.
How do I register for the AMCP Foundation 5K Run/Walk?
Sign up when you register for AMCP Meetings. If you’re already registered, use your registration ID # and password to log-in and add the AMCP Foundation 5K to your registration. Not attending, but want to participate? No problem, you can register for Foundation Events Only.
Can I register on-site?
During our virtual event, you can register up until the last day.
How do I join a team?
Each team member must register for the 5K. Contact us to add a team name to registration. Once your team name is added, members can use the drop-down to join.
How much is the registration fee?
Registration is $40.00 per person and the Sleep-In for Wellness Fundraiser is $20 (member & non-member).
All fees are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Proceeds support the Foundation’s research and education goals.
Are there prizes for participants?
Yes, awards will be given to participants in various categories.
When will the individual times for the 5K be available?
Results for the in-person 5K are available 2 hours after the completion of race. All virtual participants can upload their times during and after the virtual 5K.
Can I Support the 5K Without Participating?
Yes, through the AMCP Foundation Sleep-In for Wellness Fundraiser! This is a unique way to give back, and we hope you consider donating! Select the “Sleep-In” option, and we won’t enroll you in the race. $20 Sleep-In (member & non-member). Or simply donate online.
