The AMCP Foundation is excited to host a variety of wellness breaks during Nexus Virtual week. Each day a wellness break will be featured for your enjoyment.

Daily: Wellness inspiration videos

Tuesday, October 20, 12- 1:00 PM ET
Coaches Corner – Chat with the Foundation 5K Directors and get tips on preparing for a 5K, fitness, and more!

Wednesday, October 22, 12- 1:00 PM ET
Chair Yoga – Gentle breathing and stretching exercises with use of chairs. Accessible to all levels & ages.

Wednesday, October 21, 1- 2:30 PM ET
AMCP Foundation Virtual Booth featuring 5K/Wellness – Stop by the Foundation virtual booth and learn more about our wellness activities.

Thursday, October 22, 12-1:00 PM ET
Guided Meditation – Take a mental break to recharge! Return to your day with increased energy and enthusiasm. Includes: a short discussion about meditation and awareness followed by a guided body, sensory and breath meditation.

Friday, October 23, 12-1:00 PM ET
Breath Work – Accessible and simple breathing techniques to promote relaxation in the body and mind. 

Sleep-In for the Wellness Fundraiser!

Get your beauty rest and support the AMCP Foundation. Select the “Sleep-In” option during registration, and we won’t enroll you in our wellness events but you can still support a great cause, your well-being.
